Rewilding Stonnington works across the City of Stonnington and  corresponding state and Federal electorates, on public and public-facing land including:

  • Pocket parks
  • Nature strips
  • At Tooronga and Prahran stations through the Station Volunteers Program, in association with VicTrack, Metro Trains, VLine, and Public Transport Victoria
  • Regenerate! 2025-28: with support from the Australian Government’s Urban Rivers and Catchments program, land managers City of Stonnington and Melbourne Water and in consultation with Traditional Custodians, Rewilding Stonnington is working with volunteers from the community to regenerate four pilot sites on two new biodiversity corridors
    • South Yarra to Windsor
    • Kooyong to the Yarra River/Birrarung via Heyington
  • Other projects, including appearances at community events, advocacy and education.
