Planting for the future

Hullo there Rewilders,

As planting season rolls on it's time to say thank you!! to everyone who has volunteered their time at a working bee, helped plant a nature strip or represented us at an event. Thanks to our friends, project partners and sponsors; thanks to those who sent invitations or enquiries; and special thinks to the members of our Committee of Management 2023-24 who have worked tirelessly to keep the compost turning, on the ground and in the background.

Rewilding Stonnington is now a registered charity. We have also recently been awarded Deductible Gift Recipient status which will allow us to offer tax deductions to donors, pending constitutional changes at our upcoming AGM.

And finally ... we are delighted to share the stunning photos of Prahran station below! The first, of the station at night, was taken by Jill, the lovely and talented Customer Service Officer at Prahran, published with permission from Metro. The second, of older plantings at the station, was sent in by RS member Peter Cowling. Thanks to both. Enjoy!
